ABNY Business Toolkit 2026 Grant
Awarded a grant through the Queens Chamber of Commerce to design and develop a digital business toolkit supporting NYC small businesses ahead of World Cup 2026. This initiative brought together the Queens Chamber of Commerce, the ABNY Foundation, and NYC Tourism + Conventions to create a practical, borough-specific resource helping local businesses in all five boroughs maximize visibility, foot traffic, and revenue during one of the most-watched sporting events in history. The project encompassed web design, technical integrations, content strategy, and cross-borough customization — from concept to launch.
Designed and developed a custom website to host the toolkit, handling all UX design and technical integrations end-to-end
Built and launched a comprehensive Business Toolkit covering all five NYC boroughs in partnership with the Queens Chamber of Commerce, ABNY Foundation, and NYC Tourism + Conventions

My Approach

Accessibility-First Approach
The design and technical build focused on clarity and simplicity — making sure business owners could easily download, navigate, and apply the resources without technical barriers. Every decision, from layout to language, was made with the end user in mind.
Digital Strategy & Outreach
Utilized data-informed content strategy and targeted outreach to drive adoption and visibility, surpassing 2,500 page views within two weeks of launch and earning press coverage including a CNN interview and a feature in QNS.
Cross-Borough Collaboration
Leveraged partnerships with Chambers of Commerce, BIDs, and economic development organizations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island to tailor content for each borough's unique business community and ensure wide distribution.
